Go to Settings and scroll down to tap on Installed Apps.
- Here, try to find out PUBG Mobile and tap on it.

Method 2: Re-enable Mic Permission For Pubg
If your teammates are not able to hear you, and your mic is not working as desired, you need to implement the following steps.
- Go to Settings and scroll down to tap on Installed Apps.
- Here, try to find out PUBG Mobile and tap on it.
- Now tap on App Permissions.
- Here, Turn OFF permission for Microphone.
- Now try to launch PUBG Mobile on your device. This time, it will ask for Microphone permission. Just tap on Allow and you will be good to go.
Method 3: Wait For The Update From Tencent
The PUBG Mobile No Sound issue is a problem that lies on Tencent’s end. If the above two methods didn’t work for you, there is nothing much you can do to fix PUBG Mobile no Sound Issue. All you can do is to wait for the company to publish an Update to fix this issue. Overall, PUBG Mobile is a very stable and exceptional game and this small glitch won’t affect its popularity.
